Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Evening and weekend appointments book quickly so please plan in advance. Also, please indicate if you are using a gift certificate at the time of booking.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices while booking your appointment.
Payment Options
We currently only accept cash and personal checks. Gift certificates are also redeemable at any time.
Arrival Time
So as not to sacrifice any minutes of the spa experience, we suggest that clients arrive 10 minutes early. This will allow adequate time to check-in, change and relax. Unfortunately, clients arriving after their scheduled appointment time will not receive an extension of services and will be responsible for full service fees. All treatments must end at the scheduled time, as to prevent the delay of the next client’s services.
Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Keep in mind that if you cancel an appointment, especially laser hair removal, it may be difficult to reschedule in a time frame that is necessary for your treatment schedule. Hair growth schedules are important to follow to achieve the optimum results.
Gift Certificates
To purchase a Gift Certificate please call us at (519) 564-2570 or you can purchase a certificate at our location. Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be honoured. A spa credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services or products purchased.
Spa Treatment Attire
If desired, undergarments or a swimsuit may be worn during treatments, however, our therapists are trained to discreetly drape and provide you with complete privacy at all times. Please let us know if we may make you more comfortable.
Lost or Stolen items
We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa. The Spa Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Other Services may be denied at the discretion of management. To respect the relaxing environment of the Spa, we regret that children under 16 years cannot be accommodated at The Spa Studio unless accompanied by their parent. Sexual advances, comments or innuendos towards the staff will result in immediate termination of the treatments. To ensure you get pampered next time and ensure desired date, time, and spa therapist, please schedule your next appointment prior to leaving.
